The Association is funded through quarterly assessments which is charged to all residential properties within Sky Legend. At the end of each year the Board of Directors adopts the annual budget for the ensuing year. Public input on the budget is always welcome. Due to the limited size of the Association no audit is required by an independent CPA. Below you will find the most recent budget of the Association.
