The Sky Legend at Cotton Ranch Association is primarily responsible for the maintenance of limited common elements including some roads, street lights, and drainage facilities inside of the Sky Legend neighborhood. The Association is also responsible for maintenance of front yard landscaping for the Traditional and Cottage homes (not custom homes) in the communities . Only residential properties within Sky Legend are members of the Association. All properties in Sky Legend pay quarterly dues for general items and homes with front yard landscaping pay additional quarterly amounts for such services.
The Association is governed by a five member Board of Directors, which meet on a quarterly basis at the Stratton Flats Sales Center. The Association also holds an annual Member meeting in January of each year at the Gypsum Recreation Center.
