COTTON RANCH

Metropolitan District ~ Homeowners' Association ~ Sky Legend Association

Cotton Ranch is a 468 acre residential golf-course community located in the Town of Gypsum in western Eagle County, Colorado which is approximately 35 miles from the ski areas of Beaver Creek and Vail.  The community consists of the lower valley, which is where the initial development occurred and an upper mesa known as Sky Legend. 

 

There are a number of organizations that govern the community including the Cotton Ranch Metropolitan District, the Cotton Ranch Homeowners' Association, and the Sky Legend at Cotton Ranch Association.  Additionally, the Town of Gypsum also owns and operates the Pete Dye designed Gypsum Creek Golf Course within the community.  The golf course clubhouse also includes a restaurant, tennis courts, and a swimming pool which the Town owns and either operates or contracts with Western Eagle County Metropolitan Recreation District (WECMRD) to operate.

 

In an effort to make documents and information available to current and prospective owners the entities have come together to put all of the information in this one site.  The links on the left hand side of the page provide an overview of each entity and it you scroll over the links you will find pages specific to different functions of each organization.  All three entities are managed by Robertson & Marchetti in Edwards, Colorado.
