Raw Water System

The District, in conjunction with the Gypsum Creek Golf Course, owns and operates a raw water distribution system that delivers non-potable irrigation water to each property within the community. Usage for each property is metered and billed on a tiered rate structure on a 6 month basis from May to October of each year. A one-time tap fee is charged at the commencement of construction of the home and an application can be obtained from Robertson & Marchetti.
The District owns and operates an independent water treatment and distribution system that delivers potable water to each property within the community. Usage for each property is metered and billed on a quarterly basis. To promote water conservation, users charged for water on billed on a tiered rate structure where as more water is consumed the per 1,000 gallon rates increase.
