Cotton Ranch Homeowners' Association Financial Information

The Association is funded through an annual assessment of $300 which is charged to all residential properties with both the valley floor and the Sky Legend upper bench.  At the beginning of the year the Board of Directors adopts the annual budget for the Association.  Public input on the budget is always welcome.  Due to the limited size of the Association no audit is required by an independent CPA.  Below you will find the most recent budget of the Association.
