The Design Review function for Cotton Ranch is governed by a 3 member Committee with 2 alternates who are appointed by the Association's Board of Directors. The Committee is responsible for reviewing and approving all new construction as well as alterations to exterior elements and landscaping for properties within both the valley floor and the Sky Legend upper bench.
The Committee meets on a monthly basis as needed and uses the services of LKSM Design to administer and review applications. Applications for new homes or modifications to existing homes should be submitted to Leah Mayer who can be reached at (970) 376-6623 or lmayer@lksmdesign.com
